Can someone help, when im masking it would stop half way through it and revert it back to the original back ground even though it was supossed to be cut out, what am i supposed to do??

okay i'll try to explain it better,

when i mask something say 3 secs long, if i mask the whole thing, it would show that i had masked till 2 secs then after it would show that i hadnt masked anything then again it would re mask

make any more sense??

i think i had a problem when was starting masking but i forgot how to fix it
...

i think you should look at your key frame if you really mask it, maybe you mask it in one frame then the other not so it looks like you didn't mask at all... hope that helps
