It's really not that bad :) It's the beat I probably would have chosen to stick with. It's so hard with the drum and overlaying violin!

i know what you mean, you look at the peaks and what not but the vidoe up there ^ is so badly timed

and i know like in the song so cold, it's enemotional song so the clips can't be fast but the beat is, well the piano keys are

Hmm... true. I obsess a little over beats, but sometimes I get lazy, or I just give up trying to hit that one beat XD But I try.
But it really annoys me when people miss perfectly easy beats to get, and I'm like "WHY! This would be 10 times better if you tried...."

Some songs with like three different overlaying beats, I just want to die, because I don't know which to follow.

if you wanted to know something, when i was judging the audition i was looking for beats. there are some people that i didn't approve but louise wanted them as every video doesn't need to have a beat

No problem! Happy to potentially help! :D
I know my biggest downfall, when I try to edit dubstep and similar things, is that I'm paranoid of showing the same clip twice, and leaving black. I have to learn that stretching the same clip over a few beats, and doing correct colour changes or transitions to hit the beats is actually ok XDDD
And sometimes the black is good for emphasis, but I'm so scared of it XD

Oh wow, that was epic! I got chills at the beginning with the voiceovers! Even though I've never seen that anime XDDD

Anyway, perhaps instead of all white fades, black might make it more sinister?

I like it! Two things I'd do would to be Putin some slow fades at the beginning before the beat starts and maybe blur it a bit not much but a little.
